It's Meatza!

Here's a wonderful, easy, low-carb supper--Meatza!

The "crust" is made of ground beef and a tube of italian sausage, and topped with 8 oz. homemade sugar-free pizza sauce. The toppings are a box of (thawed) chopped broccoli, homegrown tomatoes, black olives and mozzarella cheese (2 C.). Bake the crust at 350 for 20 minutes, drain the fat, and then top with toppings. Broil for 2-4 minutes. Yum!

The breakfast of champions...

This was a wonderful breakfast:

--spinach and sausage omlette with avocado and tomato

--avocado on toast with Tony Chacheres (my absolute favorite breakfast!)

--toddler breakfast with muffin, avocado, cheese, and banana

Dinner Tuesday, November 18

Tonight we're having almond-crusted salmon, lima bean and sausage soup and bacon cabbage. The salmon was a full loin (frozen from Sam's), dipped in egg wash and then coated with about 1 C. of almonds (chopped in the food processor) and then sprinkled with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Tonight's supper is roasted pork loin, low carb mac n' cheese and rutabaga fries. Yum!
